Stefan Schwarz (born 1966) has been managing the company’s business since 2006.

The managing director, who has been active in real estate insurance for more than 30 years, summarizes the company's philosophy as follows:

Our heart chambers are located on the Rhein & Ruhr, the beginning was in Cologne in 2006, as a company-affiliated insurance broker of a then M - DAX real estate group.

 

In 2010, the company was taken over 100% by Stefan Schwarz.

 

The insurance portfolios have grown and are located beyond the Rhein and Ruhr as well as on the Main and Elbe.

 

Our insured properties are located in Munich, Frankfurt am Main, Bonn, Cologne, beautiful Düsseldorf, Essen and the Ruhr area, as well as in Dresden, Magdeburg, Bitterfeld, Aschersleben, Erfurt, Leipzig and Halle, where our heartbeats.

 

With our globally active cooperation partners, we have also insured environmentally oriented projects in Africa and India.

Our core competence is the insurance of real estate. We come from the housing industry and offer our insured customers tailor-made concepts with optimized insurance protection and always with extended natural hazard coverage.
